Rumor - Wii Sports 2 in the Works?

I wouldn’t be surprised if Nintendo did decide to release a sequel to their wildly successful bundled title, Wii Sports. For the time being, this is a rumor only… but their are some rumblings going on over at NGCFrance of Wii Sports 2 in the works. They get their info from some Japanese Nintendo message boards, but here are the details that are currently floating around:
- there will be five sports included in the sequel: Tennis, Swimming, Hockey, Volleyball and Horse Shoes
- Online play will be a feature
I know… not a lot of details, but keep in mind that this is just a rumor.
I, for one, would love to see another Wii Sports released. It is, by far, the most popular game on my Wii at the moment… with all my family members getting involved - even my parents, who have been quite anti-videogaming up to this point. Hopefully Nintendo will be able to confirm this rumor sometime soon!
