Replacement Straps Re-Done?

I’m not too sure what the reason is behind the difference in the above straps… but it seems that some folks out there who ordered new replacement straps for their WiiMotes got the one pictured on the far right, while other people got the rest. Personally, we got the one on the right, it looks exactly like the old ones except for the thicker strap.
One difference that I have heard about with the straps with the rubber on the end as opposed to plastic, is that they don’t slip down as easily. I must admit that it can get a little annoying during a rousing bout of WarioWare to have to keep tightening the strap so it doesn’t go anywhere.

Kind of looks nicer I guess - but no way I’ll pay for it!
The difference between the straps, other than look is the little sliding piece that keeps it snug around your wrist. That piece on the original strap just wraps around the 2 layers of strap, making it slide down easily. That piece on the re-designed strap is tighter and has a piece between the 2 layers, making it more difficult to slide, keeping the strap more snug around your wrist and better preventing it from falling off.
