Nintendo and the Luigi Code

Nintendo blogger NOA_Rufus has put up an interesting article inviting fans to “Unlock the Luigi Code”. Obviously a reference to the Da Vinci code. This article promises of a great secret to be revealed if you are able to crack the code.
If you are stuck in decoding it yourself, I’ll give you a bit of assistance here. The “code” is just a simple ROT13 cypher. So take the capital letters in the article and replace them with letters 13 places away; A would become N and so on.
And after all that, if you are still stumped I’ll provide the answer here. Hi-light the following text for the answer to the code:
“HOWDY PARDNERS WAY TO CRACK THE CODE BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO FIND OUT ABOUT WII WONT YOU”
