Is this the Wii’s avatar system?

Miyaymoto hinted that Wii games may have some sort of caricature making features where you would mix and match things to make your avatar resemble your face. Others believe more fantastical (now a word) things, such as a camera or picture reading devices. It’s probably just going to be like the avatar system on the DS.
