Call of Duty 3 shooting its way to Wii

Activison has anounced that Call of Duty 3 will be shooting its way to next-gen consoles. The first Call of Duty won over 80 game of the year awards from various publications and websites and was hailed as one of the best WWII shooters ever created. Its sequels and expansion pack also received similar awards including best selling WWII game of 2004 and highest rated expansion pack of all time. Today, Activison granted IGN permission to announce Call of Duty 3 and release a short teaser trailer. Although the trailer doesn’t actually show any in game footage, it does confirm that it will be released for all three next-gen consoles. No details on how the Wii’s controller will be implemented have been announced. However, Activison did include a brief synopsis of the game.

Through the eyes of four Allied soldiers, Call of Duty 3 brings players closer to the fury of combat as they fight through the Normandy Breakout, the harrowing offensive that liberated Paris and changed the fate of the world. Developed by Treyarch, Call of Duty 3 is the follow up to the #1 next-generation game and is scheduled for a 2006 release.

I look forward on buying this game for the NINTENDO Wii system. I think that the Wii is revolutionizing the gaming world as we speak. I believe that it is not all about great graphics even though the WII seems to provide great graphics through my eyes,but the three key elements for a great game is as simple as pie, great game play, a great story line and for it to have a great replay value. I believe that most hardcore gamers will agree with me about this. I have greatly enjoyed the last two game of CALL OF DUTY and I think that CALL OF DUTY3 for the NINTENDO Wii should be a great edition to my library.

I always play call of duty 2 and i love it. I can’t wait for call of duty 3
